Institute of Management Specialists
The Institute of Management Specialists (IMS) was established in 1971.
Objectives
- To encourage management excellence and specialist expertise.
- To help members achieve their personal aspirations, fulfill their career ambitions and develop their innate potential.
- To support lifelong learning and encourage education in management and specialist areas.
- To give professional recognition to the knowledge and skills of managers and specialists.
The Institute of Management Specialists recognises the International Academy’s Certificate in Professional Development programmes. In addition their affiliated professional bodies also recognise the course: Faculty of Professional Business and Technical Management, and the Academy of Executives & Administrators.
